    Default Notes problem

Hello... I have a problem with notes. In game i take a note on a player, everything ok its normally saved. But when i want to analyze my play after session and go to hand replayer, the notes that i took isnt there! Iam like wtf i took a note on the player a minute ago so a i go back to poker client, find the player, sit back to him and on the HUD the note is normally saved but in the hand replayer i cant see it.

I try to make a note in hand replayer on this same player and then i can see this new note in the hand replayer but i lost the old note and on the HUD its just this new note alone... Can i somehow fix it?

You can't bring back the notes you took that are not displayed.

It looks like your computer is preventing the notes to be properly saved to the database, which can occur if HoldemManager doesn't have full administrator privileges.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._11Apr2013.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Oh ... I have HM2 so there are no dbcontrolpanel.exe or hmhud.exe in the holdem manager 2 folder and holdemmanager.exe was already selected on "Run as admin"

    Sorry, for HM2:

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
