The latest build is using 6GB of RAM, which obviously caused my PC to freeze up when your black hole of a program sucked up all available RAM.

How much RAM does your system have?
In TaskManager how much was holdemmanager.exe using?

8GB RAM, HM2 was using 6GB. FWIW, I think viewing my tournament graph for last 3 months did the job.
I also noticed now, that while idling, HM2 was sucking up a lot of CPU power. Over 60% at times on an i-5. I made a new database and it is not loading hands or running any reports.
Hi,
I would like to apologize for the issues you are having with HM2, Go to task manager > Holdem Manager > end Process
Thanks
Holdem Manager
I can confirm that HM2 is persistent in the process threads.
It was using 1.5GB RAM today, but pushing the CPU usage up to 90%. I think this is causing my system and mouse to freeze up on occasion.
