if you do a filter with hand values tab and select the "AND" boolean operator instead of "OR" and then save that filter to a file, and then load that filter again, it does not correctly select "AND" instead it reverts back to "OR"

the issue still exists in 7207
I was able to duplicate this bug. It's written up as bugticket HM-5451.
Also the AND/OR is working for me with the "Board Texture" filter, it's only in "Hand Values" where it will revert to "OR" if you load a filter where you used "AND".
