    Default Sync problem...

I've been syncing two computers. I've uploaded over 1000 batches before I upgraded to 6745.

When I sync now I get as far as "1 of 1224 batches" and then I get the error message attached.

Is this a sync problem or an update issue....It's already taking days to do so I'd like to get it over with.

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

    Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe (=6778)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Followed all of your suggestions meticulously but sadly the same error message still comes up.

If I only knew which files these batches referred to I could copy them across manually.

    Is that possible?

Try synching again using a new database.
(create a new database first on both computers and reimport the hands)
