How do I delete hands from a specifik date? Do you really mean July 2011? Are all the stats on 6805 100% correct (its a yes or no question)?

Damn now I am confused. I have been using 2.0.0.6794. Do the stats work correctly for my version or not??? I need to know it now cause the question if I can trust my HM or not is a must. What is the latest version that have stats working??

Yes you'll also need to follow the instructions above to upgrade to 6805 and then delete your hands after 27th April and reimport them, then everything should be fine. On top of it fixing the stats that need reimporting 6805 has a bunch of other stat fixes and a lot of non stats fixes

Thanks for your quick reply. Have a couple of more questions. How long have 6742 been possible to download? How do I delete hands? Since you relased 6805 in " Downloads" I am using that version now, are the stats on this update 100% right?

We never uploaded a 6742 version for download but that is the first internal version where the problem was identified. 6745 was uploaded on Apr 27th. I would delete/purge hands from Apr26th - present to be safe.

Its might not have been passed publicly, it might have been just internally and possibly one of the other internal builds was, but since were talking somewhere between 27-30th of July between the build that introduced it and the public release i would just delete anything from 26-27th on and reimport to be sure and rule out timezone issues since its just as easy to delete and reimport a few extra days.

Yes the 6805 internal update is the same version we pushed live a while ago, this is the version with the stats updated and any new changes to that version would make it 6806+ so once you have 6805 regardless of when you donwloaded it youll have the correct version

Yes, with just a few exceptions. These remaining stats bugs will not require another reimport.

The only known stats issues in this release are with shove stats and vs Hero 4bet stats not showing any values and a couple of other minor stats issues over a big sample due to rare situation(s) in a hand history that might occur. These are currently being addressed for the next update.

We identified some stats with calculation errors that first occurred in the public release 6756. Hands imported before that release were not affected and it is corrected in this build for new hands imported. To fix the issue delete all hands imported with v6756 -6805 and re-import the hands with version 6805 or higher and that will correct any existing player stats. Automated tools are in place to avoid this on future updates. The stats affected were In Position and out of position stats.

When we add stats, we already have procedures in place to review the formula and test for the stat integrity but as an additional confirmation we have gone through a manual re-confirmation of each stat's calculation. That process is completed on the most commonly used stats and continues for remaining stats.

p.s if you were using the internal versions you'll need to delete and re-import hands imported with v6742+

The Purge option will purge all hands in the selected date range. If your purchased hands included hands from before Apr 27th you may want to purge further back, or simply start a new database and import them again along with your entire C:\HM2Archive folder.

Sorry for the confusion, i meant to say 27-30th April, don't know where i got July out of. Corrected now, to purge by date use the date range option in the purge option in the database manager or you can just go to overall, select the date range, in the bottom pane select all, select all hands and choose delete.

Regarding your questions on stats, its not really a yes/no answer as explained in this quote below as its far more complicated than that when it comes to having 1000+ stats and were still continuing to add more, in a nutshell were confident about the stats integrity but were continuing to do detailed tests to boost confidence in that integrity including recently implementing automated testing on stats from build to build but giving the massive amount of scenarios that could cause stat divergence its extremely unlikely any tracker could guarantee 100% for each and every stat:

Re: Purging

Updated to 6805 and deleted hands imported after 25th, then tried to reimport from HMArchive folder.
Reimport missed hands!
After searching every 'autoimport' folder and manually trying to import whatever hh's were left there (with no luck) I
noticed that session played on 26th was missing.

I fixed the problem by making a copy of hmarchive folder and running import again from that new folder.
This is worrying - that import misses hands even from hmarchive folder.
There are still few hundred hands missing and I cannot locate them...

If you have imported from the folder the 26th previous it would ignore that folder to save import time trying to read all the files as it presumes youve already imported from there. We have a new feature to force the reimport, on the import screen you should see an option to tick to force the import, you can use that.

Another way to force the import is to move the folder or files to a new location with a new path which is what you done so that also done the trick.
