This is disgusting. We are all losing/not winning money because of this, and they continue to say that it's not their fault....

It is even worse. There were bunch of problems with core stats. At this point I have no clue how/if any of the stats are accurate

I demand on HM support to check all of the stats if they are accurate and the numbers I get in my HUD are correct. Basically there were problems with fold to cbet, W$SD,W$WSF, fold to3b raise cbet etc stats. AFq stat. They wouldn't even know that if the players didn't inform them about the bugs. So we have no clue which/if any stats are correct!!!!
I want to know if any stats are accurate cause at this point playing without HUD is better/way safer

Guys were extremely sorry about this and were working on getting a fix out for this asap, i agree there is not acceptable, we did do a lot of work on stats recently and do check the integrity of the stats for major releases however keeping in mind there are over 1000 stats its not possible to check every stat on every update but we do check the integral ones and do full comparison before a major release, on this occasion after our tests another checkin for a stat change got checked in the latter stages of the release process, what we thought was a low risk checkin and one we didn't expect to affect other stats inadvertently did and an initial check of the stat changes made appeared to be fine but like i said we hadnt realized that change had an effect on other stats.

We take this very seriously and well make sure in future to hold stats check ins closer to a release so that a full stat integrity check is done AFTER all the stats checkins before we push a release. I know stats are integral to play and this is something we should have had more safety nets on and were very sorry and will take care of this urgently and make sure more checks are in place in future. Our plan is to get a quick release out to fix this problem and then do another full check on stats integrity in the meantime to make sure nothing else was affected.

It wasn't first time it happened. There were mutliple situations where stats were affected and not some minor but the most important stats, e.g. fold to cbet, W$WSF etc. now there is probably problem with fold to 3b stat and soeone reported about the dbet stat...
Moreover it wasn't found by your team but every stat bug was reported by players (myself included).
For us it usually take couple of hundreds hands to notice that there is an issue (most of us multitable that's why we are using huds).

I lost a ton due to the bugs (seriously there is huge difference between W$WSF30 and 55 same for fold to 3b etc.), what's even worse most of the time it took quite a bit to spot the problem so I was playing without knowing that there is an issue

Additionally fixing the bugs take unacceptable amount of time. For example we had been waiting like 2 weeks for the fold to cbet fix.
It should be top priority for your team that the stat issue won't happen again...

Morny could you tell me at least which version doesn't have for sure the stats bug??? I mean I would rather play with accurate stats and bugs that bug free but with bunch of stats not showing real numbers...

Checked one player just now, he got 3beted twice, one he called and the other one folded. The stat fold to 3bet showed "100%(1)", it should show "50%(2)" (this is the value HM1 show btw).

Donkbet flop is also wrong.

Those previous stats issues happened during beta testing but like i said i agree we should have a lot more safety nets in place, in HM1 we had probably less than 300 stats overall, in HM2 we have over 1000 hud stats alone and thats not including reports. This means a lot more work on stats and higher chance of issues because different parts of the code can affect other stats, so as we continue to add more stats and since the chances of issues arising are higher we will put a strict quality check in place to ensure we dont have these issues.

This issue was introduced a few builds before release so if you want to rollback to the previous stable version in the meantime while we work on getting a quick release out and then you can update again, well then do a very thorough check and get another release out if we find any other issues.

There are also other beta versions you can roll back to but because there beta they would have other issues so let me know if there is a specific version you want in the meantime and ill upload it.

Morny 2.0.0.6556 has to many bugs in it. Could you give me a link to 2.0.0.6708?? I suppose it was the version I was using lately and was working ok unless the fix will be avaliable very soon. Any ETA for the fix?? I mean if you can fix it till tommorow I will wait...

Just an update, the developer is working on the fix right now, typically it will take 2-3 hours from time of fix to get a public release where it will prompt for download but i can have a temp link posted in the forums in the meantime within a few mins of the fix being implemented and the new build being compiled.

I cant speculate how long the fix will take, it can be dependent on a lot of factors but im hoping within 2 hours well have a forum build for you guys and within 5 hours everyone will have a fix, this estimate is very rough right now so it could be a bit sooner or longer.

Heres an internal version with the vs 3bet stats fixed, were still investigating Fold vs 3bet IP stat so i would avoid using that until i get confirmation on that, weve gone through a ton of stats and all looks good but since there is well over a thousand stats in the HUD alone its time consuming, right now our focus is on the major stats, getting those verified and then getting a build out to everyone and well continue our internal testing and then followup with any other updates that are necessary.
