I recognized that the last upgrade still doesn't solve the HUD for Ipoker 9-max. There is one opponent on every table, who doesn't have HUD. After 3 weeks it is revolting. I haven't used a program with as many bugs as HM2 has...

Yeah, this is a definite problem. The latest release only displays hud stats for 8 of the players, not all 9.
I am sorry for the problems and delay in reply, but I did reply to your duplicate post on 2+2 the other day.
The bugs mentioned in the OP, and our release notes, are incorrect I think.
The bug we wrote addressing ipoker 9max/4max problems is not yet fixed completely, but should be soon:HM-3526: Add 4-seat options in seating preferences for pacific poker
HM-4353: Cake HUD Not Displaying In Correct Seat Positions
There was a possible fix pushed for that problem recently but it created a new problem:HM-4354: Seating preferences, missing 9max on iPoker
HM-4480: On 9-max tables in iPoker HM2 shows HUD for 8 players only.
I will increase the priority of both these bugs and try to get them resolved ASAP.
