Stats and graphs are all correct. Only problem is serious lag, time to time over 5+ hands behind.

Ive changed folders just like Patvs instructed me above, without any difference.

Ill give up for to day and continue tomorrow. Ill try to provide you guys all those screen shots also tomorrow. Thank you for your help so far.

is there a problem with # of hands being tracked on zoom?

there is always a discrepancy between the stars client stats tab and hm2 total # played. i trust stars here, so hm2 is saying i'm playing more hands than i really am.

Where/how do you see the number of hands in the PokerStars client?

Most likely, there is a delay in the PokerStars client (similarly how there is a huge delay in it updating your number of VPP).
Whereas HoldemManager accurately tracks the number of hands based on the handhistories.

on tables in the chat box. there are 4 tabs, the one that is "stats" - tells me during the current hold'em session you were dealt 932 hands (for today).

while HM2 says i've played 1,000. guess i'll need to start double checking what my start/end balance is and see if theres a discrepancy between that and hm2 results. can't do it now as i don't pay attention to my cashier so idk what i started grinding zoom with.

I just tested it.. (really short session).
I played 70 hands. (4 tabling Zoom)

In chat box--> "stats" it said I played 74 hands, which just isn't true, so it seems PokerStars isn't tracking this accurately.

HM1: Can anyone who still experiences the "&" character (or any other character) causing issues sent us their blitzerr.txt file (located at C:/).

We only need the code in the blitzerr.txt file of a hand where the HUD is bugged because of the & in the name.
