    now, i reinstalled HM2 to version 6866 and i dont have a registration and open HM2 problems. Now i just cant see the graph and my hands i Reports. When i chose my screenname i see that there is 400k hands, but when i chose my screenname, it looks like i have 0 hand...

    idk if i should now relistal to 6900 or fixed 6866. What should i do now ? Maybe i should wait for update which fixed the prolem with HUD.

    To fix the problems with the reports:

    What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to?

    Close HM2 and change it to English (USA), then restart HM2. The Reports should now work again.

    Close HM2 again and change your regional settings back to your native setting and start HM2 again.

    Did that solve the problems with the Reports?


    If you continue to have problems, try the following -

    Hi,

    - Close HM2
    - Please delete everything in
    - Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
    - Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7
    - XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports
    - Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation
    - Start HM2 again


    I will send you a PM with a possible fix for the zoom hud problems.

    We need more feedback from zoom customers to make sure this fix is working before we release an official update. Please follow the instructions below and let us know if it does or does not work. Make sure you tell us if you are using HM1 or HM2 when posting again with your results.


    HM1:

    If you are using HM1 please make sure you have the latest update from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...emorialDay.exe


    HM2:

    Make sure you have the latest internal patch for HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe


    If you previously rolled back your pokerstars using their \backup folder contents you will need to run pokerstarsupdate.exe to update the pokerstars client before testing this new .dll file.


    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE POKERSTARS AND HOLDEMMANAGER BEFORE YOU PROCEED:


    Please download the following file from dropbox and place it into your \Holdem Manager or \Holdem Manager 2 folder.

    Now start Pokerstars and Holdem Manager and it should work again.

    Yday everything worked fine with ^^, but didnt show my own hud. Now today its showing my hud but the others are all messed up, lagging 2-3hands behind and in wrong places.

    Using hm1 with latest version.

    I believe there were somekind of database changes made this morning?

    I'm using HEM1 and my stars just updated, I downloaded the latest HEM and the blitz file and the HUD seems to be working fine, only tried a few hands but will let you know if there are any problems.

    Thank you. I did that already yday and it worked perfectly. This morning my hem performed some kind of changes when I started it. After that zoom got messed up. I tried doing everything I did yday again with no lcuk (latest update and blitz.dll) Its also showing heros hud now. I suppose it shouldnt be showing it?

    Which ps.xx skin are you playing on? What is your stars client version number?

    Can you try a new database to make sure your database wasn't damaged in the update process?

    *Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
    *Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
    *If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

    If you continue to have problems:

    Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows

    with the following:

    1) The table manager
    2) The tables (including one with no stats)
    3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
    4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

    Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

    Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

    Are all your zoom hands still being imported correctly? And you see them in reports/graphs?

    My .eu update--> deleted my C:/Users/../AppData/Local/PokerStars folder, so my
    C:/Users/../AppData/Local/PokerStars/Handhistory folder suddenly didn't exist anymore.

    If you have the same issue you have to re-create the folder or change the import folder settings (in both HoldemManager and PokerStars) to C:/Users/../AppData/Local/PokerStars.EU/Handhistory
