and hud still freezes when anyone with & or " in their sn sits in the table. Also, it seems that hand importing doesn't work anymore. Both regarding zoom ldo.

I just installed latest beta and everything seemed to be running smooth, yet after a few orbits or hands my stats weren't updating anymore, I saw the wrong the stats for the players. After a few more hands or orbits it was correct again. This cycle keeps on continuing throughout the session...

It could have been that there was a player with an & or " symbol in their screen name at one of your tables - it causes the HUD to stop updating temporarily, until that player is gone.

This is not a preferred seating issue. I played a few hands of zoom until I realized that often the same hud stats would remain at each seat for several hands. I clicked on several huds to look at the name in the popup which was different from the player name at the table. So for what seemed like nearly half the hands but was probably less than that the hud data was totally inaccurate since it was for players not seated at the table.

Same here and I have SSD disc. Sometimes stats don't refresh for a couple of tables.

Additionally trying to open report in hm2 crash it every time when I have selected my nick from P*.
To check reports I have to change player and then switch to my pokerstars nick to check hands/stats/etc.

I want to report another bug apart from the bug with some names including those symbols.

Sometimes when I'm playing for a while and I want to hover over a stat to see something more into detail the popup doens't pop anymore...

ok seems like there is an issue with the zoom hud, can you email hm2support@holdemmanager.com to arrange a teamviewer session to take a look and let us know a suitable time and timezone

The new update fixes all the 'vs flop cbet' stats for me, many thanks.

I think the only bug I have left now is when the HUD freezes when someone with an '&' character is at one of my tables.

Thanks we fixed some issues with non default chaaracters but looks like there is still some issues

This is often caused by your firewall blocking it making contact with the server, Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with holdem manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:
1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Does this happen to all the popups all the time or just occasionally, have you a large database? If so try creating a new database and see if the problem also happens with that. does the problem happen on non zoom tables and what about in the replayer?

about that last bug, i managed to fix this. This only happens when you have a popup that you clicked or something and when that is appearing "behind" your table.
