I downloaded the latest version and half the hands had the wrong HUD assigned to the seats. How is this possible? Any reasonable software development approach for a product like this would make its first priority to never display invalid data. I'd much prefer a HUD filled with "-/-/-" than stats that don't apply to the players they are assigned to.

Guys, i understand when things dont work youll get frustrated, we will not provide support to people who use abusive language, competitors have had similar non stat issues due to a recent update by stars and still have issues, i agree the stats issues were a big mess up on our part but i did always stress there will be issues with limited tested internal versions.

We try to fix these issues as soon as possible but its not as simple as just fixing one bug, there are people who play on other sites and other games that also need fixes and when were in the middle of fixing other issues we cant just release a build with your fix completed when other issues are in the middle of being fixed so there is some internal procedures we need to go through on each release.

Here is the fix to the stats issue, were continuing to work on other issues in the meantime and again i will stress this is a build released for people to give feedback if they have an issue outstanding, i would use a new database and test this out at microstakes first.

You need to setup preferred seating correctly, we dont know what seat you are sitting in if you used preferred seating, you can also add the player name to see which stats the player names are associated with or just hover over a popup to verify. Its impossible for us to know what seat you moved to without us autodetecting it (coming soon as stars started logging this info) on almost every site.

you can also manually move the stats to the correct location and it should remember it

This is not a preferred seating issue. I played a few hands of zoom until I realized that often the same hud stats would remain at each seat for several hands. I clicked on several huds to look at the name in the popup which was different from the player name at the table. So for what seemed like nearly half the hands but was probably less than that the hud data was totally inaccurate since it was for players not seated at the table.

The new update fixes all the 'vs flop cbet' stats for me, many thanks.

I think the only bug I have left now is when the HUD freezes when someone with an '&' character is at one of my tables.

Just tried it out for 15mins, the major issues that I had (mainly the 'last 3 hands' bar) seem to have been fixed.

The whole program is still somewhat laggy for me. Adjusting the animations and windows graphic might sort that, I'll take a look.
