    I still have a problem with /-/-/-/-/ on all players HUD in NLHE Zoom - any news on a fix for this yet?

    For all the haters in the thread - I'm sure you have a BETA for PT4 and are aware that it's working fine. HM support will also be aware of this and very keen to fix things to avoid losing customers. I'm equally sure that behaving like children and "stamping your feet" in the forum is just lol - relax guys and enjoy the HUDless poker!!

    Shotfox, please email me and ill login and take a look what the issue might be, just to point out we have thousands of people using zoom without issues, just like any other day there will be people with issues which may be related to a release like today or the hundreds of other variables just like we had every day with HM1 and any software product has. I have a few of these planned today so ill get back to everyone that emailed asap

    I have no issue with people expressing their disappointment just with abusive posts, its not fair on the support staff who do a great job.

    I completely understand that when bugs are taking up your time instead of you playing poker then that is a valid complaint and reason to be frustrated but if you email me ill work with you on the issues you have and try and get as quick as resolution as possible.

    Just an update, if internal testing goes well we should have a forum build in 1.5 hours and an official build in 2-3 hours with the new updates to fix no hero hud for some and the issue with /-/-/-/- on PLO Zoom Tables, this is subject to change, just keeping you updated

    I reverted back to the previous beta as hands weren't importing properly for me today. Another prob i had was with players with non letter characters in their names eg razed&confused. It affects the whole table's stats when there is someone like this at the table. The hud doesn't update from the previous table.

    I can't understand all the hate in the thread. The lads are obviously trying to sort it as quick as they can.

    We actually put a fix for the non characters letter for ? in the last build, ill mention the issue is happening with & and it should also fix that

    Just an update we identified a couple of other issues during internal testing were working on which will likely delay the above. We may put out a forum release for more feedback but well need to take care of those issues before we release anything official

    Can you email me paul.morny@gmail.com and we can do a teamviewer session to take a look and figure out your issue, nobody on the tech or tester team can reproduce this problem unless your playing PLO in which case next build will fix your issue or if its the hero only showing /-/-/-/-/ then also the next build will fix your issue

    in efforts to lessen my CPU from 100% it was suggested i do this

    Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -

    which i did. now the HUD doesn't work, though the hands are importing, and the HUD will work in regular games. is there something simple i'm missing? ps, i don't care about the CPU anymore (it was just slowing things down a little), i'd like to be able to play Zoom again with the HUD.

    William please email me if your using this latest version and your still having issues, should be able to get this taken care of, CPU will be higher because your pulling all time stats on 6-10 new players on several tables every few seconds so its not possible to avoid the extra CPU usage but it should never get to the point where its unusable. paul.morny@gmail.com is my email

    Ok so here is another update:

    Id like to thank the guys with the -/-/-/-/- hud stats issue who took some time out to do a teamviewer with me so i could narrow down the problem, it turned out to be anyone with "Include hands for other limits" in Hud Options > Hud Filters then it would make everyone's HUD show as /-/-/-/-/ but even though this was reported earlier we couldn't reproduce because it only happens after you untick AND reboot HM2. Were now working on putting a fix for this, if you tick that option in the meantime the HUD will work fine.

    Known issues left are:
    Hud sometimes wont show until the 2nd hand only after youve restarted HM2 and stars.
    Bug i just mentioned above for "include hands for other limits"
    There was an issue with the installer that would sometimes cause a crash if an exe didnt close correctly, well need to fix that before the next release
    /-/-/-/-/- HUD when unticking "Include hands for other limits" in Hud Options > Hud Filters

    In the meantime i would be cautious with this build since were still testing internally
