    Updated to official release after having no problem with the Beta releases with Zoom HUD. Now HUD won't work. Good job, guys!

    Serious question: When is HM3 gonna be released and will it be developped by other than the HM2 team?

    This is such a joke. The HEM2 and ZOOM hud were finally working after the previous update. Today I start HEM2, click reports tab and it crashes. Repeat 5 times, still crashes. Do the update, log in PS, fire up ZOOM plo100, pokerstars crashes. Restart PS, hud doesnt work. The reports tab still crashes HEM2...this is unreal, I dont think I've ever used a product for which I paid, which caused me so much problems and financial losses on a regular basis

    Yeah my comp was running fine with the beta Zoom build, was prompted to update today and i've never seen hem2 become so buggy. It's become extremely slow at loading up report tabs and is crashing whenever i enter notecaddy.

    HEM2 is missing a ton of zoom hands, I have no filters on my HUD and when I play with PT4 it picks up a ton more hands then HEM2.

    It's like PT4 picks up incomplete hands while HEM2 doesn't.

    Seriously it is blushit. I was using the last version and it was working. Downloaded the update and same problems as others. Many hands missed (e.g. for players I am 100% sure I have hands on them I even have notes on them, yet HM shows -/-/-/-/-/)
    I mean WTF is this. You had great product(HM1) now you are pushing updates that not only don't fix anything but make it even worse???
    Do your job and make it work. I paid for that. Now it seems that you have some sort of internal challenge in the company who will piss your customers more.

    I can understand your frustration guys when things aren't working as expected. Its completely expected that with each new release were going to have people having issues and there can be many variables involved, the vast majority of reports have been good in comparison to the huge numbers of people who have downloaded the new release. Every day people report issues and it may or may not have been related to the last build. There are so many variables of operating systems, PC environments and 3rd party software that its just not possible for us to cover every possible situation where people will encounter issues.

    Here is a link to rollback to the last 2 builds in the meantime, if you can confirm its related to the last build this will help us:

    We completely understand that sometimes frustration can get the better of you but its not fair on the support staff when people are rude in a thread, were really committed to working with the few guys who are having the issues but we will not tolerate any more abusive posts.

    Please email a zip of these files to paul.morny@gmail.com, are you running both programs at once? If so one is likely to move them to an archive before the other imports, if thats not it please email the hands, zoom hands are no different than any other stars hands and so you should get 100% imported.

    Also guys we have a new issue with Zoom PLO Hands, unsure if this was due to an update or not but for the PLO Zoom tables your going to see -/-/-/-/- for player names, if this is for another type of game its not related and you have a different issue. Well also have a fix for the hero showing -/-/-/-/- very soon along with the PLO fix although the hero issue only affects people who have no non zoom hands in their database

    It wouldn't be a problem if it was a separated issue. I play also on Prima where was a problem with importing hands. It took you like 3 weeks to fix it same here there are problems with HM2 over and over again.
    It shouldn't happen at all.
    You have to understand that every bug/crash and random shit that happen to HM2 literally cost me money. Hm1 was a huge success and people still love it so far HM2 is not even close. For example I got to point where using Hm2 started to tilting me.
    I have been using Hm1 for like 3 years and I had less issues than I have had since HM2 release (like 4-5 month).
    So far HM2 is just buggy crap.

    Switched back to 6527 and its working now! Already sent an email with the 6534 logfile. But u have to tolerate angry posts in the light of yours team previous posts where they said sentences like this:
    "I personally feel, since our team is a lot larger (and has a lot more resources), HoldemManager users shouldn't worry about PokerTracker catching up. But instead feel confident HoldemManager will always outshine any competitor in the long run. (did I mention that's because we have more resources)"

    So where are those resources? Did I mention Pokertacker has a working solution 4 zoom?
