trouble loging in to holdem

hi i cant log in to holdem manager. had this problem for a long time. clearing the cookies isnt working. im using chrome and ive tried other browsers aswell. i cant login to hm3 either. i just get a login failed error. have posted to snips of the error messages. please help. thankshm3.PNGhm.PNG
