Dear support team,

today I reinstalled Windows on my working laptop.
After I installed HM2 and tried to activate it, it told me "no activations left" (I have a second copy installed on my spare notebook where I currently don't have access to).
I went to client area and performed "reset all profiles". After that, I was able to activate my HM2. I directly went to HM2 Sync, but, surprisingly, I was unable to locate my cloud DB.

Does it mean my cloud DB has gone??????????
Is there a way to somehow restore it????
