Imported Hands Not Archived for last 2 days

I recently had a unusual situation pop up while using HM2. I checked my HM2 Archive folder for a file today, and happened to notice that the folders dated today (Jan 1st) and also Dec 31st were both empty. I played several tournaments on each of these days, and all of the hands were imported by HM2 and are visible in the replayer, and all the Tourney details (although some are incorrect) are visible in reports... just the HH and TS files didnt get archived to my HM2 archive somehow.

When I checked my Site Setup Tab, the green checkmark next to "PokerStars" had also been replaced with a yellow warning saying "hands have not been imported with the new settings" or something to that effect. However I had made no changes there, and when I re-started my PC, HM2 and the PokerStars Client archiving started working as normal and the green checkmark had re-appeared indicating Imports had occured again.

Also when I checked my Pokerstars default HH and TS folders, they were empty as well...

Is there anywhere I can find these files? or are they just lost for good?

Usually this is a to do with the wrong configuration or import folders not setup correctly. I played in NL 10 and much more hands in nL 25, but this not appear im my database... (2 days ago were normal);

Until yesterday it was normal, but now my hands of cash and tournaments seem to have disappeared.

Statistics still appear on HUD. but the reports are empty.

Make sure the reports and filters are not corrupted:

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

Make sure the database is not corrupted:

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.
