    Default HUD on BWIN problems

Hello. I have played on both Pokerstars and Partypoker before and never had problems. Today I even deposit on Pokerstars and played 90min session zoom and had NO problems at all. Seems odd since Partypoker and Bwin it the "same"?
Something is wrong when I play on BWIN. If its the HUD or BWIN, I have no clue. It works for a while, import at the start of the session then it gets stuck/Stop importing, like its freezing. And somemtimes hands are "missed".
    Im playing zoom tables.

I have reinstalled HM2 and BWIN client.
I use Fastpoker and HUDstats in the feature logging and got the max numbers of logs set to 10.
I have vaccumed the database and I have restored it without any luck.
I use "prompt for beta updates" in settings.
I have ran the Type: "sfc /scannow" and it was OK
When I ran the "chkdsk /f /r" It got stuck so maybe a problem with my disc?
I did also Reset the Winsock Adapter.
When I check my "Event viewer" (I believe thats the english term) - Windows - programs I got alot of "messages"(I guess) From postgreSQL as the source.

    I believe thats all...
Would be nice to know if it works good for everyone else who is playing on BWIN?

    Help ?

    / Regards Kim

The postgres errors are most likely benign excess logging.

We need the files sent in as the FAQ says.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)
