Can't Connect to Postgres Server [BitDefender]

Hey guys, I just recently started using BitDefender Antivirus (switched from WebRoot since my dad had like 5000 free days of BD) and I guess I just started up HM2 for the first time since transitioning over and instead of opening up I get the following:

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide:
