Default I am banned at MPN because of "automated software use". Could HM2 be the cause?

I was recently banned by one of Microgaming pokerrooms with money confiscation. As a reason for this they name usage of "automated software". I was using only Holdem Manager 2 and MPN Tools (TableNinja analog). None of them gives any unfair advantage.
Could HM2 be the problem? Do official Microgaming representative allow HM2 to be used ? Thank you for any responses.

We are acceptable software on all supported sites. You would need to ask their support what the issue is.

I did million times, but the answer is only "using automated software" and then they quote their T&C that prohibits around 7 software functions like AI, datamine, etc. Nothing of that was breached =) I asked maybe 5 times what exactly term was breached in their opinion and all 5 times the question was ignored. That's the problem. But thanks for quick response !

We've never had anyone else get banned. But they are making more rules and changes to make software less useful.
