    Default re-entry,rebuy and add-on

    Hi,
    1) is there a way to HM2 take into account re-entry, rebut and add-on automatically, so without to have to put in manually?

    2) is there a way to HM2 take into account a re-entry like a new tournament instead of the same tournament? because if a re-entry 4 times a tournament and i finish ITM, hm2 will take into account 100% of ITM instead of 20%

    thank you

Which site or sites are you experiencing this issue with?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Reports / Tournaments/ Tournament/ Tournament Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us using the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/product/1

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Save the tournament summaries and send them in (with the hand histories) as the post says.

Even on PS or 888 the reentries are not computed here. The rebuys are always wrong and i need to correct them manually.
Could HM2 take theese informations correctly, since these sites have tournaments summaries?

Please see what we said and send the tournament summaries and hand history files. Put them in a folder and zip it. Link this thread in the ticket.

    Question re-entry on PokerStars CZ

Hello, HM2 does not track re-entry on PokerStars CZ. In files [TS*.txt], this information is.
    Thank you for reaction.

I installed it now. I have imported the game history (in to new database) and the result is the same. The only difference is that when I edit turnament in the turnaments section (HM3), I can see the number of reentry, but the reentry is not attributed to the total buy in - so the result of the tournament, in dollars, is bad (WinningsGame, NetWinnings)

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
