    Exclamation HUD not coming up after WSOP NJ update

    My HUD no longer appears at all after the software update on WSOP NJ.
    Hand histories are still being written to the location I have specified in site setup.
    HM2 site setup shows an error that "No hands imported with most recent settings"
    I am running the current version of HM2

    Is this a known issue that you are working to solve?

    Hud is working fine on the other NJ sites.

    I looked deeper. The hand history files appear to be in a different format since the update.

    I can send you the new file format if you tell me how. I seem unable to send a PM.

    I also tried a manual import on the new hand history file and it did not import any hands.

    If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

    When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

    I sent in the new file format. It looks very similar to the old, but they've added returns at the end of each line, instead of having it all as one long stream.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

    The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8861

    I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

    I am having the same issue. Please keep thread updated and/or copy me on email updates, please. Thank you.
    tables show "waiting for hands..." but hud does not load. Also, histories do not load.
