    Default Not valid account

    Hi,

    This morning I had an update of on my computer Asus. I don't know if it has a link, but I can't open HM2 anymore. It asks me for a valid license. I use my code but as I've already use it twice (including one on this computer) it doesn't work beucause there is "no activation left for this license".
    What I am suppose to do ?
    Do I have to Reset all profiles ? Is it going to erase my hh ?

    I'm going to reset all profiles. I didn't find any way to use HM. I hope I won't have a lot of updates on my computer.

    I did reset all profiles and then my hm2 works although I didn't put the key again ! I don't get it but it works

    The license has absolutely nothing to do with the database and HUD.

    Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues:

    If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.
