Import problems with Iron Poker

Iron Poker recently updated and when I try to import hand histories they all have errors.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Unfortunately I have run into a problem with the HUD on Speed Poker. It works perfectly well for one table. If I join multiple tables, the HUD will only display on the first table I joined. Stats from other tables will appear on the first table (not all at once, it chooses only a single set of stats to display and cycles through as hands end). When I try using the Table Finder function, it gives me a set of stats but is frozen. The players' stats will not change or update as hands are played.

The HUD will only work on 1 speed table of the same stake at a time due to a bug in the IPoker client. *They are planning to fix their bug in their update next month then we can update HM2 to address the changes they make to fix their bug. *I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved as we can't do anything on our end until they fix the bug they created in their poker client first.
