BWin hud not showing screennames

Problem is as described in thread title.

Hands are importing and shows my name for alias on hem2 reports tab.

At table shows player 1 2 3 4 etc. If i go to search players in alias tab, it shows player 1 2 3 4 etc.

Never run into this before. Searching for a thread yielded no results.

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.


The HUD should work but it will show stats for Player 1, Player 2, etc instead of Player screen names. We updated HM2 to reset the stats at each new table to 'Session Stats' which uses the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Alt Background' color so you will know they are session stats and not lifetime stats. If you do not want the HUD background to be red change the 'Alt background' color by clicking it with your left mouse button and using the color picker.

Thanks for the reply.

I played two sessions. Before each session the client and HEM2 was closed out.

After a shutdown, my morning session just functioned properly. Screennames working for all game formats.

Not sure what to make of it but everything seems normal with zero adjustments.

I know very little about computers, but the ol' "turning it off and on again" seemed to make the difference.

After playing the next morning everything has worked perfectly as it should. The only thing that happened in between was a computer restart.

Ok that are very strange, because i reset and turn off and on my PC several times and there is the same thing. Players are marked with player1, player2... HM support any idea how is this possible?
I have HM2, updated to latest version, and also poker client is updatet to latest version. I also play on bwin.com

Fastforward and tournament HUD works perfect, but regular cash game not.

What do the hand histories say? If they're anonymous - player 1, 2, etc. there is nothing we can do. it's a decision they made.

If not, try 8425.

So there is nothing to be done.

To be clear, if you are not sitting at a table (as in searching the lobby for a table), the tables are anonymous. Once you sit down you see the players screennames.

This is why i thought it was fixed for me, as bwin's zoom version works flawlessly.

I still don't receive proper huds for each player on regular speed tables even tho the tables are NOT anonymous.
