HUD doesn´t refresh on Twister tables

    Default HUD doesn´t refresh on Twister tables

    Hi. HUD doesn´t appear or refresh on Twister tables. When I enter the table I only see the HUD menu saying "waiting for hands". I have to stop an restart manually the HUD at HM2 in order to appear, but in that case the HUD doesn´t refresh hands. I have to stop an restart the HUD every time in order to refresh it. (Both programs in admin mode, time offset ok, import hands ok, HM2 last versión, etc, etc.). Thanks in advance for assitance

    Known issue for months now. You gotta wait till they fix that.

    Many Ipoker 'beta' clients have made changes to the hand histories that are not in line with rest of the Ipoker Network. We are waiting on Ipoker to release final changes to their hand history format before we can properly support it. If you can still download their 'classic' client from their site, instead of their new 'beta' client, it should work as it used to.

    Uninstall Ipoker, deleting the settings.

    Then re-install it, right-clicking the setup file and running as administrator. This will keep it from creating a hand history folder that it cannot write hands to.

Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.
