cant copy hand history from view => copy hand to clipboard phpBB forums version

Hi,

Few days ago I did not have a problem when exporting my hand history via view -> copy hand to clipboard in phpBB forums format. Today for some reason I am not able to. But I can copy hands to clipboard in different formats, for example Original Format. What should I do / fix in order to be able to export my hh's again in the needed phpBB format?

me and at lot of players i know have the same problems.

We'v got message now abuot an errors - cant connect Data base or like this - connecting DB... (1-2 seconds, at the bottom of HM2 wondow) then - ready and nothing useful appears

I have this issue aswell. If I go to right click-> view and try to copy a hand to clipboard this comes up(cant Connect to holdemmanager.com) and it never copies the hand.

Management is aware of this issue and will be discussing it today in their daily meeting. I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.

For now you will have to use the right-click > copy or right-click > view > export > original format options and then use a 3rd party/site converter.

It is interesting because I have friends who have hm2 of same version and they do not have this issue.

Could it be an issue with windows 10 , i have recently upgraded to windows 10 and began getting the problem. Hope its fixed soon as i cant copy and paste to a HH convertor as it doesn't recognise the text .

I have Windows 10 too

I have same problem on Windows 7 x64.

It began after updating to 8415. I rolled back to 8408, however it didn`t help.
