Winamax 8 seats: always 9 and have to correct manually

A fellow of pokerStrategy has the following problem:

Number of seat : 9 ....
How is it possible that HM2 recognize that it's a table at 8 seats?
IN Sans titre - Casimages.com
On the left table, the player cogan is well placed and on the right table, his HUD is placed at the place of the player above at the right. It might be a problem of definition of the seats, however as long as the problem of 8 seats is not cleared, it's hard to definie the prefferred seat.
