Getting HEM2 to work with iPoker

Hi,

Today I spent 2 hours (litterally 120 minutes) with Betfair's support and I got a tonn of contradictory information.

So here is my case :

I used to have an account on Betfair and Paddy (both ipoker network).
I used these accounts for the last time a few 3 or 4 months ago.
It used to be possible to save HH on hard drive and have the HUD working.

Since then I upgraded to windows 10 (I am not sure this is related to my problem), and now the HH are not stored on my hard drive (or I can't find them).

The softwares are installed here :
C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Paddy Power Poker
(the USER_NAME contains accents : I don't know if this could cause any problem)
and :
C:\Poker\Betfair.com Poker

So I'd like to know if this is a well known bug, and if there's an issue with windows 10.

Try uninstalling Betfair, don't save the settings.

Re-install, right-clicking the setup file to run as admin.

This should install it in programfiles instead of appdata.

Ok, I'm gonna try all this.

Have you got reports about any bug concerning the use of iPoker softwares + HEM2 + windows10 upgrade?
Or is the HUD supposed to continue working as it did before the windows upgrade?

This issue is not related to Win10, occurs even under Win7: if setup is NOT started as admin -> install path goes to %localappdata% and result = Ipoker client itself can't write HH files there.
no HH files = no import = no HUD
