Updated and replayer isn't showing the cards on some flops and error message pops up

There are some hands that the cards don't show up (cards are blank).

I get an error message
an error occured while replaying this hand. the hand history has been saved to your clipboard. Email support and copy and paste the hand into the email

I tried clicking the show hidden files etc.

I'm a noob so if your going to have me delete a C: folder please instruct how to find it first. Thanks

by the way I'm on bovada and I saw a thread where that might be a problem. Is there a way to un-update and go back to older version as it was working fine before the update just missing a hand every once in a while.

If you continue to have problems with HM2 using third party tools to use our software with unsupported sites all support will need to be handled by them as we do not provide technical support for problems with our software on unsupported sites.
