restoring the backup doesn't work

Hey guys,


I recently reinstalled my pc so I created a backup of my database beforehand. Well I wanted to restore so I followed the steps as it showed in the FAQ. Well now the database shows there is 13gb of space being used. But I can't select any screen names as there are non. And when I play a couple of hands in pokerstars zoom it keeps showing 0 hands on everyone. Even on myself though the hand sample in the hud should increase I think? Any help is appreciated.

All you can do is try to restore it again to a new database or restore a different/older backup. This is why frequent backups are important and why you should keep at least 2 or 3 of the most recent backups.
