Is there a way to export stars notes into holdem manager ones?

No. You would have to do it manually by opening their playernotes.xml file (I think thats the name/type) then search that player in the HM2 Reports and open a hand in the replayer to copy/paste the notes from the stars file to the HM2 HUD. I am not aware of any software that does this. HM1 used to have a feature for this but it hasn't worked in a very long time due to changes that stars made so we never implemented it in HM2.
