I would like to know how the Delayed Turn Cbet% HU is calculated?

First, the player has to PFR.

Second, the flop needs to check through.

Then, the person needs to bet the turn.

The % is times delayed cbet / by times could delayed cbet.

Than how can I have 33% delayed Turn Cbet HU in the BB? Does this stat includes 3bet hands?

This stat is not position (IP/OOP) specific so you can delay cbet if you are first to act or OOP and they check to you. If you had 3 opportunities to do this action and did it once then the stat would be 33%. This stat includes 3 bet pots. If the (any) stat does not mentions it is only for SIngle Raised Pots (SRP) then it includes 3bet hands/pots.
