My C hard drive is almost full and i import almost 500k from pokerstars hands every day.
So i went to site setup and chose archive to D:/HMArhcive for both HEM Data an Pokerstars history.
But when i click on hand importing and import a bunch of hends my C drive still gets full.

Can you please help me how to sovle this ?

Are you playing 500k hands per day?

How many note definitions do you have? Are they custom, default, or a coaching package?

The archive folder with the original handhistory files only holds a very small amount of data.

Most data (once the hands are imported) is stored in the PostgreSQL database (C:/Program Files(x86)/PostgreSQL/8.4) and the parent folder: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Database

If you have limited space on drive C:/, consider to move either the PostgreSQL database or the parent folder to D:/.

    .....
I am assuming you are buying these mined/observed hands from a 3rd party site and not from pokerstars directly?

As datamining is against the rules at most/all of the sites we support we can not spend our resources trying to help you break the terms of service at sites we support. You are not supposed to use hands in your database you did not actively participate in and if you are caught your account could be frozen and possibly even have your funds confiscated.
