    Default Unable to register license HM2

    Hi, on 17/12/2014 my hhs from 100nl zoom on Pokerstars UK just stopped importing all of a sudden eventhough the hhs were being saved and auto import folders were set up correcting so I decided to backup my database today, un installed HM2 and re installed it creating a new database and restoring the old one. Now I have a new issue, my hud will not show and I get a message saying "We could not validate your license with the license server, the hud cannot be displayed until the license problem is resolved". When I go to my licenses and copy paste my license I get the message "The licenese server could not be contacted. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet." then HM2 closes.

    I really need some help, this is costing me time and money, thanks. Im using version 2.0.0.8247

    License issue: Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._11Apr2014.exe

    Reset your license:
    we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

    This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

    Please go to Poker Software - Hold'em Manager 2 (HM2) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

    (if you get the same error, temporarily turn off your firewall, make sure you're not using a VPN client or proxy server)



    HUD issues: there may be a corruption in the old database (which a backup/restore won't solve). If the import still doesn't work, create a new empty database, and reimport your hands.
