HM not tracking DON wins

Hello.

Let me first start off by saying that I did search the forums but could not find a solution.

I play double or nothings on BlackChip but HM does not count these wins. I read in another thread that I must restart the software but even after doing so it still shows every game as a loss. How do I fix this so I can track my earnings and Roi?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.
