All-in EV SNG's

Hi, I'm just curious as to why when you buy in to a SNG your all in EV starts off as minus the buyin?

Surely it should start off at 0 and then move up and down in accordance to your hands played throughout the SNG?

Are you referring to the reports or active sessions tab? EV is generally not calculated until the tournament is over and the summaries have been imported if available so I would not bother looking at it until you are done with the session.
