Postgresql install problem

Today try to help a friend to fix his HM2, because he forgot his password for Postgresql database.
After we uninstall both postgresql9.1 and HM2, also delete postgre account.
I ran both install as admin, all close all anti virus software. Got problem when install postgresql 9.0, at the end of the install it shows
POSTGRESQL.jpg
I carry on istall HM2, it showsHM2.jpg .
Can't find how to solve it on google , is there any can help, please?
