What are your antivirus and firewall?

This can also be caused by a Proxy setting, which can be set by various programs. Please check these steps, even if there are no Proxies being used.

If you continue to have trouble, please see the steps at the bottom to turn on licensing logging and send a log.txt file to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.
