Hi. I have trouble getting HM to include a hand in results. It imports it but since it was an almost 400bb pot I noticed it didn't add it to the results and graph. What can I do?

Hi. I have trouble getting HM to include a hand in results. It imports it but since it was an almost 400bb pot I noticed it didn't add it to the results and graph. What can I do?
On which site was this hand played?
A regular cashgame hand? (or a Zoom / SpeedPoker / type hand?)
No Limit Holdem?
Does the hand show up if you import it into a new empty database?
