NoteCaddy Clock not working (problem is live tracking)

Hello,

i must first apology for my bad english.

HM support says i must contact notecaddy forums for help.

I have HM2 w/ NC + NC EDGE.
Problem is, that work all except CaddyClock.
I follow a guide for setup, checked 3 times and not working.
Read on forums for answer but dont get it.

Please help my with this and if need logs, config or anything just say.

Can you confirm that the "line" stat shows properly on your HUD? Which site are you playing on?

I get through all step and not works.
I play on pokerstars.
Cc must are properly see at hud (L00 or diffrent numbers without dot (0.0)).
When hover over get only name and colored square.
I have nc edge (EDGE HUD) modified only w/ caddy clock.

Today i playing and hud starts to blinking. Tryng a lot of settings and nothing worked.
Also for some players hud dosnt show at the table no matter how many hands i played.
This stars after i turn up CaddyClock and other settings.
Try to rollback and nothing better.

You did that but are you seeing the stat give valid results in the HUD? I can't help you if you don't answer a specific question. Just saying "I did that" is not getting anywhere.

I add Line Taken to HUD. Then add NC.LastActionDelay.
When play i dont get valid result.
Problem must be somwhere else.
Today i uninstall hm2 w/ config and other stuff.
Then install again, setup all without caddyclock and works perfect.

Maybe its problem in windows.
I add Line Taken to HUD. Then add NC.LastActionDelay.

In guide is writen:

The next thing you should do is add the "line taken" stat to your HUD. This doesn't have anything to do with CaddyClock but you have to make sure that Live Tracking works 100% before continuing. There are some windows settings that can prevent it from working well. If it doesn't then CaddyClock cannot possibly work. If you play a quick session with your normal amount of tables and everything works well (stats updating, HUD performing as expected, line taken stat showing correct information) then you can proceed.

I think i miss that when say (make sure that tracking works 100% before continuing).

But where is then a problem if hud dont show valid results?

On my HUD show: NC EDGE - EDGE hud are ok but lane taken and NC.LastActionDelay shows this (L-- or L-00 or L-06...) and dont refresh for every action.

If live tracking isn't working then caddy clock cannot work. Live tracking is a HM2 feature. I will move this thread to their forum so they can assist.
