No HUD in Pokerstars tournaments

Hi

I play cash games on Party and decide to play few tournaments on Pokerstars, but there I have no HUD. HM2 imported hands but HUD is not displaying. I have some files to run as admin -HoldemManager.exe
hudfuncapps.exe, pokerstars.exe I have no clue what to do.

Make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.

My pokerclient is in English and table finder don't see any table.

If the Table Finder doesn't show the table then you need to try dragging the bulls eye target to the table and see if it gets detected and displays the HUD.

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please send a log file as well

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a HUD error report.

I solved this problem. I delete location to import from site settings c/users/name/appdata/local/pokerstars.eu/handhistory and add c/users/name/appdata/local/pokerstars.eu/handhistoryPSnickname. Now everything is working.
