Sng hud doesn't work ( pokertars.it)

    Default Sng hud doesn't work ( pokertars.it)

    Hi everyone, i have one of the most common problem that i saw the others have too, sng hud doesn't work , it only works with cash game. I play on Pokerstars.it but i have the client in english , the hand histories and summeries in english language too. The clock is also the same of the computer, i alsoupdated the software, i've really done everthing , i also used table scanner but hem finds only cash game tables, table scanner doesn't find the sng tables, here there is a screen so you can see, i've done all the i could do.

    Is HoldemManager importing the hands of this $1 27 Giocatori - Turbo) SNG?

    No in the reports thare isn't any tournament report, just cash game, table finder doesn't find the sng tables eventhough in the table appears ''waiting for hand'' when i open table finder there isn't any table.

    Try dragging the target icon to the table even though it is not listed.

    If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report

    Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
    - Please send a log file as well

    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a HUD error report.
