Incorrect Tournament Winnings graph

Hi!

Today, I have a weird problem with HEM2 and the Tournament Winnings graph.

The graph reports a gain of 1k$, where I am actually down 1k$ in my cashier.

The tournament summaries are imported properly. I also tried to restart HEM2 several times, without luck.

I am playing on Pokerstars.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Please run maintenance on the DB.


1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

2) Click the maintenance tab.

3) Click the Full radio button.

4) Click the Optimize button.


Does it happen on a new database?

Try creating a new database. Please see this FAQ:

If so, Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them. Email to support@holdemmanager.com. If it is in reference to a thread, please link to the post directly. Right click the post # on the right, copy link.

Optimizing and creating a new database did not work.

Note: A friend that also plays hyper satellites report a similar issue.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-8396: PokerStars Hyper Satellites results are incorrect
