HM Sync = HM Cloud ?

Hello,

I did a sync between my database and the cloud (from the menu "Home">"Databse"> HM Sync>Sync) and when I go to my HM Cloud, I dont see my hands.

Is that a different Cloud ?

I can import my hand manually but I'm curious about that function in HEM 2 that I know for a long time but never asked about.

HM Sync is not the same as HM Cloud.

HM Sync's purpose is to synchronize two databases on two computers.
For example you mainly play on a desktop. You 'sync' the database (uploading the hands).
Next time you play on your laptop (your second computer), you sync again, and it will download all the hands you played on the desktop (and upload the hands only played on the laptop).


For HM Cloud, read: HM Cloud
HM Cloud is a separate program. You can see it as HM2 Light... or as a companion to HM2.
With the advantage you don't have to run the PostgreSQL database on your computer, it will upload all your handhistories to the Cloud--> the database server in the Cloud will compute your stats--> and these stats will be displayed in your HM Cloud HUD.

As a result HM Cloud has very low system requirements... HM Cloud will end up being a paid service with a monthly subscription.

We did just add a HM2/HMCC sync feature that will work to keep the HM2 and HM Cloud database in sync if you use both programs on one computer - How to sync auto imported hands between HM Cloud and HM2
