HUD: Weird mini popup

Sometimes when I click on my hud to open popup I get a tiny popup saying something like "3bet 10%. In top 20% of players" instead. After clicking again normal popup opens.

When I try to open this mini popup next time I cant - it opens normal popup instead (as expected).

So what is this small popup? Not the "3bet 10%", because I can see that on my HUD already. But saying that this 3bet frequency is "in top 20% of players" or something similar is pretty valuable.

How can I open this small popup?

hud settings--> general settings--> common settings--> turn on show note icon / show auto rate icon.
hud settings--> general settings--> advanced settings--> turn off 'click for stat popup'

Then don't click on the note icon when you play but hover over the icon with your mouse.
