    Default Auto detect preferred seatting bug !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi

    I play on pokerstars.com and find a bug on auto detect seat preferent !!!.

    I use the "Black " theme for the tables .

    My pref seat on stars is 7 !(look the image seatpref9max), then HM2 autodetect say 8 !!! (look the images,SiteSettingpokerstas, autoseatpref ).

    In prefs.xml file (HM2) say 7 ! !!!:
    Code:
    -<seating>

    <Party max8="-1" max4="-1" max10="4" max9="4" max6="2" HU="-1"/>

    <FullTilt max8="0" max4="0" max10="0" max9="4" max6="2" HU="0"/>

    <PokerStars max8="-1" max4="-1" max10="-1" max9="7" max6="4" HU="-1"/>

    Now the question:

    What file reads HM2 favorite seat? from pokerstars user.ini ???

    This file say : SeatPref=-1 4 -1 7 -1 -1 -1 .

    Why autodetect , detect seat 8 ?.

    finally, sometimes self detection, detects the seat 7, look the image 9max.
    The problem is that the HUD is wrongly positioned.

    In holdem manager 1, I never had problem and my seat preferent was 7 !!!!.

    regards

    What is the red alert flag in the bottom of HM2 saying?

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

    Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

    1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
    2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
    3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

    If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report

    Please reproduce the problem and attach:
    - a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - a hand history for the table
    - a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
    - Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager and your prefs.xml file from the \Config folder.
    - Please send a log file as well

    Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a HUD error report.

    Hi

    I sorry, pokerstars support confirm that the my seat is 8.
    For pokerstars 0=1 , 1=2 ... 7=8.

    The question is: Why work HM1 seat 7?

    .
    The red flag say:

    Incorrect site time adjustment was detected for PokerStars since a hand was imported with start time that differs by -36 minutes compared to your computer time. Please first check that your computer time is correct. If your computer time is correct you should increase your PokerStars offset by 1 hour(s).

    Click the help icon to learn how to change site time adjustments.

    I'm from Buenos Aires my PC time is ok.

    I send pokerstars lobby image and my PC time

    On HM site option -> Adjust hand time to you local time -> offset = 1 !!!

    regards

    You need to make sure that pokerstars auto center is disabled - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

    Once that is done if you use the arrows on the table hud as explained above you should be able to align the HUD where it belongs and then the proper seat will be assigned in the site setup menu.

    It doesn't matter what time your pokerstars lobby time shows. They write ET time in the hand history files and this is what we use. You need to adjust the offset until the time column in the reports for the most recent hand matches your windows clock.

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

    *Note that these Site Time Adjustments have been moved to the new Site Setup menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...931/Site+Setup
