Pokerstars and stars.fr HH's not saving

Hi

I recently upgraded to HEM2 and am using a new pc with windows 8. Hem is working fine but my stars and stars.fr HH's are not saving in their allocated folders. I have "save My Hand History" clicked as well as tournament summary for both sites.

Both folders are empty. Here's how Site Settings looks...

I'm probably missing something simple. Any help would be appreciated.

This happens sometimes, due to folder permissions settings.

Add the Stars hh folders to these steps:

And you can also change the location to something like C:\starshh and add that to the site setup folders.
