Holdemmanager 2 cannot load?

Hello,

Last night it was perfectly fine. I tried opening HEM2 now its stuck at loading screen with a black window in the background. None of the Loading hands, module things on the HEM2 logo.

Last night after I Closed HEM2 I got a few pop up telling me to activate my HEM2 and that my "trial" was over. But I wasnt using HEM2 at the time so I didnt bother to log into my HEM2 account. I closed the window, it popped up again! and i closed it and it froze. Then I used Control+Alt+ESC and end tasked it.

Now my HEM2 won't open. It's actulaly stuck at the Loading Configuration Module... atm.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

I have reset your serial code (HM2-XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) so please try entering it again.

The same code can be used on 2 pc's at once and can be reset as often as needed.

If you are unable to start HM2 to enter the code:

- C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ delete the HoldemManager.hml file.
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
- Start HM2 and try the steps above again.


If none of the above helps:

1. In C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Ho ldemManager.config, set the LoggingOptions value in the "General" section to 49216. It should look like this:

3. Save HoldemManager.config.
4. Open HM2 and reproduce the problem.
