HUD no refresh

I formatted my PC and reinstalled the HM2, and I have a problem with the HUD. The database does matter hand, data from "active session" are instantly updated, but the HUD is not cool, I just listed the data of the players had when I sit at the table (the stats of these if cool), but when you feel another player who was not previously, your HUD does not show me or me is blank.

Make sure that poker client is saving hands and HM2 is auto importing them - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment
