I've played 8 husng games on ipoker. Hem2 showing tag count 8 but only 3 wins and 3 losses. Should be 4 wins 4 losses.

Any ideas?

Are the results correct for all 8 games, if you reimport the hands into a new empty database?
Is it possible the last hand of two of those games was not written to the handhistory file?
(because you closed the table or the ipoker client before the handhistory file was updates)

If the last hand is in the file, email us the handhistory file.

This problem is widespread and being experienced by many users. The first SNG game that is played, the last hand is imported correctly and the result is assigned. However, if you accept a rematch, every game after that the last hand of every match is not imported, and as a result no result is given for that game. I have heard complaints from many players about this. If you then decline a rematch with the player and start playing someone new, the same thing happens where the first match is correct (last hand properly imported) but every match after rematch is accepted the final hand is not imported.

Any idea how this can be fixed? (Right now I am manually editing the results of every match, very annoying)
